The early followers of Jesus claimed to have witnessed his resurrection from the dead 3 days later, just as Jesus himself predicted, and spread this news around the world. Whether or not you believe that Jesus Christ was actually raised from the dead does not change the fact that the life and death of Jesus has changed history. Today millions of people across the world claim to be Christians – followers of Jesus Christ. But why? What did Jesus mean when He said “it is finished” and how can understanding this statement make all the difference in our lives?
