Life is busy. As we scurry through our crazy lives, we often think of things we wish we had time for, or more importantly people we wish we had time with. Closing out another calendar year, I have been thinking of my many good intentions to reach out in friendship to those around me. But how can I fit anything else into a day?
Across the generations, across the cultures, what is one thing we all have in common? We eat. Every day. Every week. Though our customs may be different, food is always a central part of our family lives and our traditions. So how can we bring these two thoughts together: busy lives and food?
