“Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” is the first U.S. network game show to offer a million-dollar top prize. It made television history by becoming one of the highest-rated game shows in the history of American television. People with dreams of instant riches try to answer questions correctly for a chance to change the course of their lives. In Canada, it is said that about one-quarter of Canadians play the lottery weekly. When we look at the salaries of famous sports or entertainment personalities, we may wonder what that must feel like. This Sunday we’ll look at some people who talked to Jesus about money and hear what kind of financial advice he gave that can still make us ‘rich’ today.
