Surprised By Grace – In A Strange Place

Have you ever been in a situation where you had made such a mess of things, you did not know how you were going to get out of it? Maybe it was not the first time either. Which made things that much worse because obviously you did not learn from the past! Maybe it’s in the area of relationships, or with your finances, or a situation at school or on the job. That’s the amazing thing about God’s grace – there is no pit so deep that is beyond His reach. And once you are surprised by grace, you find that you have greater compassion for the faults and foibles of others. We’ll continue with the account of Jonah in the Bible to learn how he experienced God’s grace and what we could learn from it.
