This may be one of the most important questions you ask yourself. Sometimes, you can’t really tell what you’re good at until you try different things and find what you like most. Usually what you like most IS what you’re good at. Working as part of a team on a project is how many people learn about their strengths and talents. Are you usually the one people ask to make the presentation in front of the class? Maybe it’s because they know you are good at public speaking. Or are you the one who produces the illustrations and charts? Maybe it’s because you exhibit a talent for visual arts. Or do people ask you to organize the meetings and make sure everything is ready on time? There is a reason why the best outcomes happen when members of a team are excelling in what they’re good at. In life, as in work, and in leadership, when you find out what you are best suited for, you have the greatest satisfaction with the best results. Did you know that’s exactly how God intended it to be and for good reason? We’ll look into this more when we meet this Sunday at Innis Town Hall @10:30 a.m. See you there.
