What’s Important – Part 3 – Family: Making Relationships Last

In parts of Canada, Monday February 18 is a statutory holiday called “Family Day.” This holiday is meant to celebrate the importance of families and family life to people and their communities. When you think about it, don’t we all desire to belong to a community? In our society, the most basic community is that of “family.” Family is to be a place of belonging – a place where you develop your identity – where you are loved. Has that been your experience? If so, you have much to be thankful for and to share with others. If not, do not despair. There is a family bond that is developed as you participate in church community. How is that possible and what does this look like? We hope you join us on Sunday as we continue our series on church values by discussing “What’s Important” about family and making relationships last. See you at Innis Town Hall at 10:30 am.
