When you meet someone for the first time and start getting to know each other, you probably talk about a lot of different things that you each like or do that represent who you are. Much like the process of putting together a job resume where you want to be sure that you cover a cross-section of your important background and skills. Of course, you just didn’t suddenly become who you are. Your ongoing daily experiences have shaped the story of your life that you may share with others. Most people, at some point, stop to evaluate whether there is something missing or lacking, or whether they are focused in the right areas, and strive to make changes. Some might call this the process of maturing and becoming a well rounded individual. God wants you to have a well rounded life. He created each one of us with this purpose in mind, and shows us and helps us to grow and mature in this direction. This Sunday, we’ll look at how the Bible, and the people in our lives, play a role in helping us to become purpose-filled, well-rounded individuals. See you @ Innis Town Hall, 10:30 a.m.
